Purchased items will be shipped within 2-5 business days of the order. We are not Amazon Prime and do not ship orders out the same day. Please allow up to 3 weeks for standard shipping delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive an email from email@example.com when your order has been confirmed.
Your order will be shipped using the option you selected during checkout. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, FishingNice cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Please make sure you provide a valid email address when placing an order to ensure you receive any email confirmations.
Once an item is shipped and has left our location, the United States Postal Service is in control. Any delays, and non-delivered items will need to be disputed with them. You will need to call the number on their website www.usps.com and use your tracking number to file a dispute. We do not offer refunds or replace items that have been shipped out once the package has been scanned and entered into USPS process.
Canada and International Shipping
International items ship in five business days excluding foreign customs processing. FishingNice, holds no responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.
Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, FishingNice encourages customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order.
FishingNice does not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. FishingNice will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal.
RISK OF LOSS
All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier (USPS) not affiliated with, or controlled by, FishingNice Title to the products purchased on the website, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when FishingNice, delivers these items to the carrier.
Tracking is available for every package. Therefore, if the tracking states it has been delivered we are not responsible for the package. If the package is damaged when received in the mail, it will be replaced or refunded. However, we are not responsible for any damages after the fact.

Please note all returns and exchanges will be made at our discretion and that we do not refund shipping and handling charges for exchanged merchandise. Be sure to check for any discrepancies or defects prior to wearing/washing your items as returned items that have been worn, washed, smell like perfume, etc. will be sent back to you immediately.
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Hats Watches and apparel items should be received within 1-2 weeks of your order date. This may be a little longer for international delivery. For other specialty and giveaway items, please allow up to 3-4 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Although our fulfillment house is located in America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
