Q. When I am going to receive my order?

A. We process and ship most of our US orders within 24 hours. More than 85% of the US orders arrive within 3 to 5 days of purchase.

International orders take up to 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. 

Q. Am I going to receive the order in time?

A. If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least one week before the moment you need it to arrive.

Q. Can I change the color of the ordered item?

A. You can change the color of the item ordered by contacting us via  support@fishingnice.com as long as it is not shipped. Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and ship it back to get a different color.

Q. Can I remove an item from my order?

A. Yes, you can remove the item from your order and get a refund easily before the item is shipped. To do that, please contact us via email: support@fishingnice.com Once it is shipped, you have to wait for it to arrive and then ship it back and ask for a refund.

Q. Are the items shipped together?

A. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. Watches and other apparel is usually shipped together, but design shirts are shipped by another company, so even if it is a part of the same order as Watches, etc., they are going to arrive separately.

Q. Can I be refunded?

A. If you do not receive your order, you have to contact us via support@fishingnice.com to solve the problem. Depending on the problem, you will be fully or partially refunded.
